• You should share any important site conditions that may affect the work, including access limitations, slope, drainage, existing stonework, or other relevant conditions.
• Where useful, photos, measurements, or additional project details may be requested to improve quote accuracy.

• If the requested work changes materially, pricing, materials, timing, and recommendations may also change.

6. Scheduling

• Project timing depends on availability, weather, site readiness, material lead times, and workload.
• Estimated start dates or timelines are not guarantees unless explicitly confirmed.

7. Deposits, cancellations, and refunds

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, etnalandscaping will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or reliance on preliminary quote information. Any direct liability, where applicable, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or project stage in question.
